Headset Trial

Please read through the below conditions carefully before you fill in all the necessary items on the application form.

  • We limit the trail headset to ONE set. We will not provide two or more sets at the same time.
  • As a rule, the trial period is one week.
  • There is no charge for the trial period. However, you will be paying for the shipping charges when returning the trial set to us.
  • This trial and purchase plan is limited to domestic delivery in Japan.
  • You might be placed on a waiting list until we have the next trial set available.
  • Our staff might contact you by phone, if necessary.
  • Our staff might visit you and deliver the trial headset in person.
  • When you return the headset, please make sure that all items are included and packed as they were in the package.
  • If a damage of headset and/or missing of accessories are found, you will be financially obligated to compensate for repairing and/or recovering missing accessories.
  • Disassembly of the trial headset is strictly prohibited. If such an act is found, you will be financially obligated to compensate for our loss. Legal action might be taken if necessary.
  • We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any damages resulting from the use of the trial set.
